Our Wellbeing Ambassador programme began in 2021.

Every child who becomes an Ambassador goes through a careful selection process to ensure they are right for the role. They complete an application, take part in an interview, and - once accepted - work with Alliance to complete their peer‑mentoring course.

Each year starts with our traditional launch meeting in Starbucks, where we set the tone and vision for the year ahead. Every new cohort of Wellbeing Ambassadors then chooses an area of wellbeing they want to develop and improve within school. This becomes the legacy they leave behind.

Our Ambassadors play an active and influential role across St Gregory’s. They teach wellbeing lessons in classrooms, lead assemblies, deliver presentations to external companies, and help drive positive change throughout our school community.

Being a Wellbeing Ambassador is one of the most prestigious roles in school because it has such a meaningful impact on the daily lives of our children. Our Ambassadors understand that good mental health is essential for every child to thrive. Through trusted friendships, positive role‑modelling, and genuine care, they help ensure that no child ever feels alone.

St Gregory’s is incredibly proud of our Wellbeing Ambassadors and the vital role they play in shaping a stronger, kinder school culture year after year.
