Miss Gina Keen and Mrs Pat Gilbert are the Wellbeing Leads at St Gregory’s. It is their job to support the children, families and staff of our school.
St Gregory’s believes that every child should have the opportunity to achieve their own potential. In order for our children to succeed in this task, it is important that they feel happy and safe at school and at home. It is equally important that our parents, carers and staff feel valued and supported, because it is the supporting adults around a child that really makes the difference.

Partnerships
The Bungalow Partnership provides targeted support for children who have emotional, social or behavioural needs and their families. St Gregory’s will work with families to determine if their child would benefit from Bungalow support.operationencompassOperation encompass was brought to Stockton council by Cleveland Police in October 2015. Operation Encompass means that any child who has been witness to domestic abuse the previous day will be highlight to school the following morning by Operation encompass. This means school can provide support not only to the child but also the family.reachsltA speech and language therapist visits our school twice a month. The therapist is able to assess children with speech, language and communication needs and provide programmes for parents and staff to follow. If you have any concerns about your child’s talking, please speak to your child’s teacher
St Gregory’s Support
St Gregory’s can provide support for your child if they are struggling with their emotions. Please do not cope alone if you are struggling to manage. Speak to Miss Keen or your child’s Teacher.
St Gregory’s provides in-house bereavement support for any of our children experiencing grief. Grief is a long process, even when grief is managed children still may have an overwhelming sense of loss at a memory or reminder of that person whom they have lost. Grief is a normal and healthy process but if you feel that your child is not coping please speak to your child’s Class Teacher or Miss Keen.
