The Nursery children at St Gregory’s Catholic Academy in Stockton have certainly been spreading the love this week! Staff have woven creative, love‑themed links across the provision, sparking brilliant conversations and interactions between children and staff.
From crafting to imaginative play, the theme of love has given even our youngest learners the chance to develop language, emotions, and connections in meaningful ways.
Learning Through Hearts and Numbers
It’s been wonderful to see our little ones blending number work with love hearts - matching numerals, fixing broken hearts, and exploring numbers from 0–10 in playful, hands‑on ways.
